I spent 15 years in multifamily property management, growing from a 19-year-old part-time leasing consultant into a senior operator trusted with complex assets, large teams, and full P&L responsibility. I built my foundation over nearly 7 years at Milestone Management, where I advanced quickly into leadership roles, and spent 6 years at RAM Partners, sharpening my operational and CapEx execution skills at a luxury student community near Duke University. I later joined Mill Creek Residential to support brand expansion and stabilize newly acquired communities in the Triangle.Those years gave me my edge — understanding operations, people, construction, customer experience, and what truly drives NOI in both residential and student housing settings.Today, I’ve taken all of that experience into a more creative, entrepreneurial lane.I’m now the owner, investor, and operator behind Aspeerience, my design + hospitality brand where I renovate, manage, and operate unique residential and short-term-rental properties. I oversee everything from design vision and construction to guest experience and business performance. My focus is simple: thoughtful design, intentional storytelling, genuine human connection, aligned goals, and strong business performance.I specialize in transforming overlooked spaces into high-performing, experience-driven homes — balancing creativity with ROI, and hospitality with operational excellence.I’m passionate about creating unique spaces and relationships people remember — and building a financially strong brand while leaving a trail of shattered glass ceilings behind me.
