ABOUT AMBER SOLBERG
While studying financial mathematics and statistics as an undergraduate and data science as a post-graduate, I became interested in the intersection of data science and law. This prompted me to complete my legal studies, and I am now an LL.M. student in technology law and policy at Georgetown. From privacy and data ownership issues, to evolving concepts of intellectual property, data science and AI technologies are creating opportunities and risks that current legal frameworks struggle to keep up with. My unique skillset would allow me to incorporate data science into the legal realm, and pursue a career in patent and IP law.
