With over 30 years of diverse experience in finance, wealth management, and human resources, I bring a unique blend of strategic vision and operational expertise to my current role. As a leader in HR transformation, I focus on operational excellence and enterprise-wide team member engagement with a sharpened concentration on risk/compliance as well as regulatory and legislative actions.Previously, I collaborated directly with executives and their line of business leaders in banking, treasury, financial management services, and mortgage. My work involved partnering with finance, compliance, risk, and technology teams to design and implement effective Variable Compensation Incentive pay plans. Before my tenure in Variable Compensation, I held various roles in finance and wealth management, where I honed my skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, and client relations. I am passionate about driving transformative change, fostering inclusive workplaces, and aligning HR strategies with broader business objectives.
