I’m Amber — an entrepreneur, creator, and community builder dedicated to elevating culture, confidence, and connection through movement, storytelling, and transformational experiences. I lead several brands that each reflect a piece of my purpose: empowering people to grow, express themselves fully, and belong.As Co-Founder & Director of Latin Dance Education at Daync Academy, I’ve helped build Milwaukee’s leading Latin dance school and one of the country’s most community-driven dance ecosystems. I created our full Latin dance syllabus for beginners through intermediate dancers, co-developed Milwaukee’s first Instructor Training Program, and teach over 300 dancers annually through progressive, culturally rooted instruction. I’ve led partnerships with organizations like the Milwaukee Brewers, including on-field performances, dugout lessons, and live community activations.My entrepreneurial work expands beyond the studio. I’m also the founder of:Warehaus Events — an industrial-chic event venue in Walker’s Point.Surprise & Delight Mobile Bar — a cocktail-forward, high-touch mobile bar and event — a mindset and wellness content brand built around daily embodiment, self-worth, and feminine empowerment.Across every project, my mission is the same: to help people build confidence, feel seen, and step into the fullest expression of who they are.I’m passionate about human transformation, cultural celebration, feminine power, and the belief that community can change lives.    As the Co-Founder & Director of Latin Dance Education at Daync Academy, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming Milwaukee’s Latin dance landscape through culture, community, and education. What began as a shared vision has evolved into one of the city’s most recognized creative institutions — a hub where over 300 students each year learn Salsa, Bachata, and Cumbia through an intentionally structured and culturally grounded curriculum.I design and oversee all educational programming, from foundational courses to advanced instructor training. This includes creating Milwaukee’s first-ever Latin dance teacher training program, developing the academy’s progressive syllabus for beginners, and mentoring instructors in pedagogy, musicality, leadership, and classroom artistry. My approach integrates technique, cultural authenticity, and confidence-building — ensuring every student not only learns to dance, but connects deeply to the rhythm and roots of Latin culture.Beyond the studio, I lead the academy’s creative direction, branding, and community outreach — producing experiences that make dance accessible and empowering for all. This includes a two-year partnership with the Milwaukee Brewers, where our team performed a pregame Latin dance showcase on the field and taught on the dugouts to thousands of fans, as well as three consecutive summers of outdoor Latin dance programming at Zócalo Food Truck Park, bringing affordable community classes to hundreds of new dancers each season.Daync Academy represents more than dance education — it’s a movement of belonging, artistry, and transformation. Every class and event is designed to elevate both the dancer and the human being behind the steps. My mission is to continue expanding Latin dance as a bridge between cultures and generations, and to keep shaping spaces where confidence, creativity, and community move as one.
