As the Director of Planning and Investments of Crossroad Capital, we get to spend a lot of time with high-capacity, highly intelligent, top performing, and key decision-making professionals. Our clients are brilliant folks who are well acquainted with financial planning by the time we meet. They’ve been sold lots of financial products and given all kinds of advice, and as a result are beyond being sold and told.They’re not looking for sales advisor nor planner. They’re looking for a partner. They understand their life isn’t about investment returns. Rather, they care about outcomes. My first job is to step back and listen so we can reverse-engineer their setbacks and use their assets to reach their goals. We draw on a lot of wealth-building, retirement income, and insurance protection strategies to guide them in building THEIR plan. But creating the plan is just the first step. One of our main objectives is to empower clients by building their intellectual capital so they can better orchestrate the plays in their own lives.
