ABOUT AMBER OTTEY

I work in Talent Acquisition, supporting hiring across fast-paced, growing organisations where there’s a need to balance volume, quality and speed.Most of my experience has been across a mix of technical, sales and operational roles, where I’ve managed high-volume pipelines while also building targeted sourcing strategies for harder-to-fill positions. I enjoy the challenge of identifying strong candidates beyond what’s written on a CV, looking at how people actually perform, communicate and approach their work.I work closely with hiring managers to define what good looks like in a role and to make sure hiring processes are clear, structured and consistent. I’m also particularly interested in improving how recruitment works in practice, whether that’s refining screening, improving candidate experience, or making processes more efficient.Alongside delivery, I’ve used tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, Apollo and Lusha to build pipelines and engage passive candidates, particularly in more competitive markets.I’m always open to conversations around Talent Acquisition roles within tech, sales or high-growth environments.
