Armstead Academic Project (AAP)- convening and supporting academic, physical and socio-emotional wellness programs and services to youth in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area. Program Development and Management: • Leads the design, development, and implementation of existing and prospective programs. • Ensures programs align with the organization’s mission and strategic goals.• Monitors program activities to ensure they are on schedule and within budget.• Develops and implements evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness and impact. Partnership and Community Engagement:• Builds and maintains relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders. • Represents the organization at community events, meetings, and conferences.• Develops strategies to increase community engagement and program participation. Compliance and Reporting: • Ensures programs comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies. • Prepares and submits regular reports to the Executive Director and Board of Directors.• Oversees the collection and maintenance of program documentation and data.
