ABOUT AMBER MEDDAUGH

I have more than 15 years of experience managing qualifications, proposal efforts, and technical proposal pursuit/project execution. As a Proposal Manager, I have a diverse background of supporting federal, state, and local opportunities/pursuits at several international engineering and construction companies. Leading a variety of pursuits for environmental, design, construction, and transportation projects, I work in all levels of pursuit execution from pursuit research to project public relations and project close out. I have the ability to lead and create a proposal through entire process. I have a proven record of delivering focused and superior quality proposals that result in high win rates, top scores, and shortlists. With an extensive alternative delivery experience in qualifications and proposal submissions throughout North America in the range of $1 million up to $2.2 billion in value, I bring value added management skills and a competitive environment to win. A primary area of expertise is Florida’s Design-Build two step process that is a unique, complexed submission and management method. My experience in managing qualifications and/or proposal development phases for alternative delivery projects and conventional design method pursuits are: public/private/partnerships (P3), design-build-fiance (DBF), design-build (DB), Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR/CM@Risk), Unsolicited Proposals, Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), and conventional design letters.
