As President of Hoyas for Recovery, I lead Georgetown’s student recovery organization committed to supporting students impacted by substance use disorder through peer support, harm reduction, and recovery advocacy. I oversee strategic planning, campus outreach, and the development of inclusive, recovery-positive programming—including sober events, Naloxone trainings, and stigma-reduction initiatives. I work closely with university stakeholders to advocate for policies that prioritize student wellness and equity in substance use support services. As a certified SMART Recovery facilitator, I also lead evidence-based, peer-led recovery meetings grounded in self-empowerment and mutual aid.
