Graduated Magna Cum Laude in April 2023 with a bachelors degree in Information Assurance and Cyber Security. Currently working as a Technical Support professional at Dominos with over three years of experience in the field. Skilled in resolving hardware, networking, and software issues, including expertise in active directory and Azure, and ticketing software like Service Now and ZenDesk. Proficient in various tools and platforms, such as AWS, SCCM, Cisco AnyConnect, Bomgar/BeyondTrust, Citrix, Jira, Secret Server, Intune, and the entire Microsoft suite. Experienced in handling common IT challenges such as password resets, access requests / access issues, VPN issues, BIOS updates, BitLocker recovery, MFA (such as DUO), and onboarding new hires. I was on the desk for the duration of our client company rebranding transition and assisted many users with the MS Outlook and MFA transitions and issues that came along with that. I was in charge of onboarding for new hires, in the sense that I would prepare the hardware, image the devices, prepare the users account within active directory, and ship them out to the company new hires. I have also run a printer fleet audit of a multi-national company to gather information regarding which printers within the company network were not active and no longer require licensing, and gathered those licenses for a new opening company site for the printers that would be used there. Open to exploring new IT opportunities and seeking advice.
