Firmly dedicated to delivering high-quality work with a purpose, my approach entails systematic, systemic and strategic thinking combined with a compassionate and innovative nature. I completed an M.A. in Educational Technology and wrote a thesis on disabilities and virtual worlds. I\'m a writer, instructional designer, educational technologist and impact-oriented problem-solver. Improving knowledge, skills and performance leads to healthier organizations and communities. This requires us to make informed decisions based on real needs and design evidence-based interventions that result in tangible differences in people\'s lives.
