Overview:Responsible for managing the full sales and client journey for high specification timber doorsets, from initial enquiry through to delivery. This includes estimating, project coordination, marketing, customer service and ensures each project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Estimating & Sales: Prepare accurate costings and quotations, balancing commercial targets with technical compliance requirements (fire-rated, acoustic, PAS24).Project Coordination: Oversee projects from order to completion, liaising with production, suppliers, and site teams to ensure deadlines, specifications and budgets are met.Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with contractors, architects and installers.Marketing & Brand Promotion: Create engaging marketing materials and manage photography content for company rebrand using professional camera equipment.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve communication between departments and enhance customer experience.Customer Experience Focus: Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly and ensure every project meets or exceeds customer expectations.Key Skills Exercised:Project management & schedulingStakeholder engagement across multiple teamsCommercial negotiation & upsellingCreative marketing & photographyOrganisational skills in high pressure environments
