Lead the workplace experience team that covers over 1 million square feet across the Humana offices in Louisville, KY-Own the events lifecycle from ideation to project planning, coordination of event logistics, budget management, execution and post-event reporting- Work directly with clients and vendors to ensure all facets of the planning and execution of an event proceeds according to the client’s specifications, including room set up, audio/visual, food & beverage, and any other services the client may need- Manage multiple high level projects with senior leaders such as the C-Suite and Board of Directors- Created and manage five committees in the department that allow team members to become specialist in their subjects. I trained them for the following categories: social media, quarterly SharePoint newsletters, monthly town hall presentations, monthly downtown Louisville event calendars, and hospitality training classes- Design and distribute graphic designs for way finding, event advertisement, facility updates, and more- Create and implement associate engagement ideas across campus that allow us to create a fun and thriving workplace environment for our customers- Develop department playbooks and onboarding documents.
