About Amber Hart

Reflecting on my role at Bacon Hill Kitchen & Pub has been my guide as I consider my next steps. The growth and fulfillment achieved within my restaurants gave me the freedom to exercise my biggest strengths and have now brought me clarity as I look to the future. I have a skill set of qualities I have enjoyed building while managing our companies, but the trials of ownership also brought me motivation and resilience. I could steady the course because I was working for something I believed in. I am motivated by helping others, contributing to a more significant cause, efficiency, engagement, success, and the thrill of new things. My agenda prioritizes cultivating growth with goal-oriented, competitive, like-minded leaders who value team member commitment, effectively achieving wins of all types for the company. My pre-Bacon Hill Restaurant career consists of solid sales and sales support roles. Heavily reliant on my ability to hold customer-facing positions, with the responsibility as a liaison to the company and associates. Roles where my initiative to value all contributors to the company cultivated a teamwork mentality, celebrating the company wins as a win for all. My past roles have also helped me become courageous enough to hold myself and others accountable. I value the big picture and believe in making sound decisions that support the standards and reputation of the company. I can take responsibility when things go wrong and are humble and teachable. I also bring a passion for creative design. I am analytical and detailed in my abilities to create new content for marketing or promotional purposes. My experience in freelance consulting has given me opportunities to develop a portfolio of projects, including content, new marketing campaigns, and stock and catalog photo staging, in many different applications. I have honed my creativity and combined it with my ability to focus sharply while analyzing the different market types or applications. I can then lead projects and tasks to successful completion.
