ABOUT AMBER HARKEY

As a telecommunications professional, I help providers accelerate their projects, streamline network construction, and deliver customized solutions for every phase of fiber network builds. From material supply and equipment rentals or leasing\'s to geospatial services and broadband infrastructure funding, I build strategic partnerships that drive successful deployments. By leveraging my industry expertise and the services we offer, I identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals that ensure successful network deployments. Before joining Millennium in November 2023, I was a Director of Operations and a Director of National Supply and Logistics at National Conduit Supply, a start-up company that I helped grow at an exceptional rate year after year and maintained a 98% customer retention rate. I managed all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing materials to delivering orders, and oversaw the development of a custom software system. I was also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, internet service providers, contractors, and vendors. I am known for my hard work ethic, dependability, positivity, and persistence.I have a diverse background and a passion for learning and growing. I have worked in various fields, such as banking, real estate, restaurants, motorcycle shops, and construction. I understand that without the materials, the work cannot be completed and costs associated with that. I enjoy networking with people in the same or similar industries, and with like-minded people who share my values and goals. I am always looking for new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact while inspiring others along the way.
