Manage and influence key relationships with state and federal regulators (EOHHS, DOI), providers and provider advocacy groups. Lead BH UM strategic integration efforts for Tufts Health Plan-Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan recently announced parent company Point32Health, participating in multiple cross-functional, cross-divisional committees on business areas including mental health parity, medical management, compliance, quality, and medical policy. Build and maintain integrated processes with BH UM/CM and medical UM/CM to ensure appropriate and timely interventions for membership.
