I can’t use a product or browse a website without spotting opportunities to make it better.My passion for human-centered design started in college through a couple of courses that combined my love for psychology with the principles of learning, cognition, and design.Today, I’m a Product Manager at AARP Services, leading the strategy for their local discounts platform. I stay closely connected to our members, digging into their needs and pain points so I can advocate for them across teams and help shape a more user-friendly experience. I love turning real feedback into tangible improvements that make a difference.Earlier in my career, I consulted in the public sector where I helped craft data-driven, user-centered solutions for federal agencies.
