I am passionate about working with people and the journey towards a set goal. I can be described as a catalyst of synergy, self-motivated, curious, hard-working and persistent. I\'ve been most successful working with others who have a shared vision and are committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done. I\'m the type of person who will roll up their sleeves, do the dirty work and stay behind the scenes. If I\'m in a leadership role, I believe it is imperative to communicate expectations, roles and put people in positions to succeed by executing a strategic game plan. I want to work in a position that challenges my personal and professional growth and need to make a difference in someone\'s life; this is what motivates me, making a difference.
