Orderbook management ensuring orders are booked into the DC taking into consideration lead-time, current stock cover and inbound targets. Creating ratios for all buys, taking into consideration current stock and seasonality to improve sell through. Management and development of two Merchandise Assistants. Collaborating with multiple departments across the business including retail, social and marketing to effectively work as a true multi channel business.
