ABOUT AMBER COATES
Multi-Hyphenate professional with over twenty combined years of experience in Hospitality, Guest Service, Entertainment Production, Event Planning/Coordination, and Tourism Operations. Graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Arts in Political Science.I have worked at major companies such as The Walt Disney Company, Wyndham Destinations, Universal Parks and Resorts, and others. At Walt Disney World and Wyndham Destinations, I was chosen to be on escalation teams thanks to my guest service skills, as well as training teams in all of these roles to further impart service skills and appropriate behaviors to new hires.I have run my own private freelance wedding business and a theater production company for the past few years intermittently. One of my proudest projects with Ember Productions is the Janice Jam: Broadway Rocks for Breast Cancer. Founded in 2023, and led by Matt DeAngelis, Ember Productions, and Rock N Roll Debauchery, our benefit concert has raised over $50K to donate to charities to help metastatic breast cancer patients enjoy a quality of life along with treatments and care.
