I am currently working in a community based innovation care setting for young people who require assessment of their mental states. This home to me could be the next big step for mental health, it offers young people a place in the community where experienced care staff and mental health nurses work alongside each other to support and assess young people\'s needs and take appropriate action to support the young people in recovery. this is a special setting with potential to change the face of mental health, designed to reduce the number of young people in hospitals and aiming to reduce institutionalization.
