Currently, I serve as a Social Impact Programs Relationship Specialist at the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation (PMIEF), where I lead the integration of project management content with Global Youth Serving Non-Profits (YSNPs). My role involves delivering comprehensive training and coaching, ensuring that both staff and youth are equipped to implement effective project management practices.My previous experience as a Project and Process Portfolio Manager at Madison College involved leading high-impact projects as part of a $12 million transformational change initiative. I excelled in managing complex projects, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals through effective communication with executive leadership.At United Way of Dane County, I built trusted relationships with senior management, managed organizational changes, and led diversity and inclusion efforts.    Lead the strategy and execution of global partnerships to maximize youth social impact (ages 14–24) through project management education aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and PMIEF strategy. I architect and oversee the global grant monitoring and evaluation framework, establishing clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to ensure measurable outcomes and strong strategic alignment. I manage and strengthen relationships with Youth-Serving Nonprofit (YSNP) partners and PMI Chapters worldwide, to drive collaboration, alignment, and long-term impact. I oversee onboarding, training, and the implementation of project management tools within nonprofit organizations to ensure successful grant execution and capacity building. I facilitate professional-level project management training and coaching to elevate organizational capability and youth readiness, while also designing and documenting partnership processes, best practices, and engagement models that enable consistent and scalable impact. Working cross-functionally with PMIEF leadership, Board members, PMI colleagues, volunteers, and global partners, I help operationalize strategic priorities and amplify the momentum of youth-focused social impact across the PMI ecosystem.
