A sustainably driven construction professional with a passion for delivering holistically sustainable designs incorporating; community, economic regeneration, biodiversity, future use, building fabric and renewable technologies. Leading the coordination of the decarbonisation strategy for numerous programmes of work, delivering environmental impact frameworks, working on biodiversity strategies and framing Life Cycle Cost Analysis for estates strategies across a variety of sectors. A strategic thinker I have set up design management frameworks to ensure efficient delivery and project communication as well as key checkpoints to sense-check full project triad coordination.Ability to utilise sustainable skillsets in the management of multi-disciplinary teams, direct management and coordination of external consultants to deliver a cohesive design. Having delivered within traditional construction environments and Modern Methods of Construction I understand when and where to get the best out of each delivery methodology.A strategic thinker as well as a team player I have spent much of the past decade building multi faceted teams with the ability to tackle the wider climate change agenda and have been lucky enough to come across some very talented individuals en-route.Living by my sustainable principles we have super insulated our home and have an air source heat pump and photovoltaics to reduce the carbon impact.
