About Amber Battaglia

As a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Amber has held several leadership roles across the areas of Operations, Continuous Improvement, Human Resources and Supply Chain. Supporting various industries from Distribution, Healthcare, Consumer Packaged Goods and Financial Services, she has led several strategic initiatives, including Corporate Risk Analysis, HR Process Improvement, Organizational Optimization, enterprise wide Talent initiative, and implementation of a new HR management system, Workday. When a large initiative or issue arises, Amber is often the one asked to lead and bring order to chaos. Amber is currently an independent contractor focused on helping organizations launch complex projects and initiatives, while also coaching and mentoring up and coming leadership. Prior to starting her own business, in her most recent role she led the Project Office, Change Management and Recruiting Operations teams at a large financial institution. Amber’s vast experience in devising significant cost saving and employee retention strategies, as well as curriculum creation and various Lean Six Sigma training methodologies, has put her in the position to understand how key functions and processes fit together and impact each other. This experience enables Amber to apply a particular focus on process and execution effectiveness.
