The Information Management & Training Program helps to ensure alignment, consistency and integration while promoting the good work and initiatives delivered across 25+ programs within the Project Controls Group (PCG) globally. • Develop communication plans that are tailored to each program under the PCG umbrella that help teams with structure, organization, and support systems by following program management best practices and branding guidelines. • Create templates for communications, training plans, decks and user guides, formatting and editing any updates and managing the schedule delivery to stakeholders via gamma our EMS system.• Managing and owning all PCG websites, supporting PCG program teams with structure, organization, collaborating & branding. Holds Quarterly review sessions to ensure content is kept up to date and aligned.
