Currently leading Health Safety & Environment (HSE) in India Region for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare- Provide direction and support for the global Health and Safety Strategy, aiming for a zero-incident safety culture. Develop methods to increase employee engagement and safety leadership behaviors- Lead the development and execution of governance, assurance and management system in the HSE function - Oversee the implementation, update and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures, HSE Digital Tools and HSE management systems- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to HSE and ensured compliance with regulatory and Sanofi HSE requirements- Create the Road Safety Strategy for the organization to reduce incidents on roads and improve driving & vehicle safety - Oversee the water conservation, renewable energy, and carbon reduction initiatives across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory and voluntary standards- Organized and participated in Country HSE Committee, Road Safety Steering Committee and Zonal Road Safety Committees- Manage and update monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of environment, safety, and sustainability- Follow up on the progress of audits, incidents, and inspections- Plastic EPR Compliance: Managing circularity initiatives using 3R principle, ensuring 0 Landfill and 100% compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
