I am an Operations Manager at OfBusiness, a B2B commerce platform that provides financing and supply chain solutions to SMEs. I supervise the operations of a steel plant with significant annual revenues, managing raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure seamless production and dispatch operations. I also optimize the performance of multiple cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration and achieving collective success. I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, where I am developing my skills in problem solving, presentations, and analytics. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my ability to lead and execute complex projects in the steel industry, involving professionals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. At JSW Steel, I played a key role in expanding the plant capacity by 0.45 million metric tons per annum (MTPA), resulting in an additional revenue stream of INR 1800 crore annually. I collaborated with a multinational corporation (MNC) in a joint venture, led a team of 25 members, and coordinated with a team of over 80 professionals for the successful commissioning of the Continuous Galvanizing Line (CGL). At Subex, I developed a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy tailored for the insurtech sector within Hypersense AI Studio, an AI orchestration platform. I interfaced with buying centers, including CXOs, to establish purchase metrics and secured 57 potential leads in the telecom sector and 15 in insurtech. I am passionate about enhancing energy efficiency, reducing emissions, and implementing pollution control systems in the steel industry, as I have done in two units at OfBusiness. I am also certified as a Six Sigma Executive Green Belt and Black Belt, and have received the Best Kaizen award for my continuous improvement efforts.
