Speeding time to value for customers of Everbridge\'s Digital Operations solutions with xMatters.Identifying and building knowledge content to be consumed by customers during our Onboarding process to get them up and running quickly with their new license purchase, providing quick value. In addition to onboarding clients, I\'ve also onboarded new sales and technical resources that will be using, selling or working with the xMatters product. Since the pandemic, a disparate global workforce, working flexible hours, doesn\'t lend itself to sitting through a class to learn about a software tool or getting it configured. Today\'s workforce needs content that addresses their concerns and answers their questions, quickly. My main focus has been to be that subject matter expert in xMatters; identifying what our customers need to know; building out content for their consumption through various video series; presenting webinar sessions; and conducting live, custom-built training sessions.As part of the Services organization, I also lead client engagements while being proactive in delivering excellence to our clients and maintaining a forward-thinking and innovated desire to keep raising the bar with delivering superior products and services. Recently, delivering a multi-million dollar product migration to the xMatters platform for a large financial institution.As a subject matter expert on the xMatters platform, I\'m also an advocate for clients among internal groups like Support, Client Success and Product Management.
