   Evaluate and demonstrate manufacturing feasibility and technical justification for new product design and development approach; apply process analysis and statistical methods, FEA process and non-linear engineering concepts; conduct verification and validation process, and maintain comprehensive documentation of all projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, quality control, purchasing and sales personnel to optimize the manufacturing operations. Upgrade systems and processes; prepare detailed work instructions for all manufacturing operations including job order, SOW, BOM, specifications suitable for prototyping, quoting and production, Forms & WI, inspection procedures, machining and assembling procedure etc. Manage multitude steps of the design process including 2D and 3D drawings (parts and assemblies), geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, Bill of Material etc. by using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Perform simulations (FEA) on the model and generate displacement, stress and thermal analysis reports. Interpret FEA results; compare and validate all the results with hands-on design calculations. Provide on-going support on new product function, testing, production, etc; collect customer feedback, and research, modify and re-design for future improvement and enhancement. Work with the team to identify, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead the engineering team to successfully complete ‘API Audit’ without any findings or non-conformance issues. Completed various design projects including 7-1/16\'\' Ram & Annular BOP and 11\'\'(LWS) BOP resulting in commendation by the Supervising Senior Engineer for exemplary work. Designed the product flyers and posters which were lauded by the CEO, leading to 15% savings on ‘Sales & Marketing Budget’ for the OTC conference.
