Currently leading Gift Cards P&L growth at Paytm, which is generating ₹1,200 Cr GMV annually with ₹54 Cr revenue. I have owned P & Ls across categories (Spa & Salons, Restaurants, Automobile, Consumer Durables, etc.) exceeding Cr, led cross-functional teams (product, catalogue, vendor management, telesales, performance & retention marketing) of 100+ members, and launched scalable growth strategies to drive overall growth of business.
