Corporate Finance - M&A Lead Advisory - extensive involvement in cross-border assignments, assisting clients in transacting with counterparties across Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia.Day-to-day role involves- Advising clients through the entire lifecycle of M&A processes on both buy- and sell-side- Financial modelling, including integrated 3-statement operating models, shareholder returns models, LBOs (pari passu or structured) and DCFs- Drafting of marketing materials on sell-side mandates, such as IMs and Teasers, to articulate the business plan and equity story of target companies- Drafting Exit Papers on buy-side mandates to evaluate valuation, exit considerations, and other analysis required to place a competitive bid- Execution of completion mechanisms, such as Locked Box, Completion Accounts and Funds Flow- Coaching and upskilling junior team members- Preparation of pitch documents and discussion materials to support deal origination- Project management of M&A processes, including managing due diligence and legal workstreams.
