   Responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and underwriting of credit proposals of the NBFCs, MFIs and International banks for term loan, OD facility, NCD, Trade loan, NOSTRO limit etc. Reviewing Credit Assessment Memo (CAM) and recommending it to the Credit Committee in accordance with prescribed policies and processes. Evaluate client’s creditworthiness, analysis of applicant\'s (proposed borrowers) credentials including but not restricted to personal discussion with the promoters/founders, branch visit/HO visit, due diligence, financial analysis, reference checks, hygiene checks etc. Ratio Analysis of Profitability, Solvency, Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Asset Quality. Recommend or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses. Responsible for tracking covenants to detect any likely covenant breach, highlighting risk and informing and seeking approval from the Credit committee in the event of covenant breach. Responsible for portfolio monitoring, highlighting any early warning signs (EWS), Reviewing IOMs, working on EWS triggers and addressing audit queries. Ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and all lending procedures comply with regulations and internal Credit policy.
