Debt Recovery Applegate Tribunal (DRAT) and High Courts appellate authorities to DRT. Regulatory Compliance, KPMG Auditors Legal MIS, Ensuring the KRI are met for the foreclosure patch by reviewing the CST Monthly Legal MIS, KRI Data on suit filed by bank and against bank cases. Handling Regulatory escalated matters. Monthly reviews of Workable + Non-workable cases under SARFEASI and to identify other modalities to get recover such cases. To educate foreclosure managers at all locations about SRAFAESI Activities and stages. To advise/suggest strategy to defend and legal implications, compliance and strategies to contest legal which are initiates against bank and non-workable cases. Courts : More often appearing before High Court, DRAT, DRT, Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, District Magistrate, District Commissioner etc. Collections : Recovery of 90+ DPD cases, declared NPA’s as per RBI guidelines. To save flow and Releases BD Provisions. Customers :Coordinating – compliance with Advocates, Legal professionals (individual & firms) on panel at multi locations and accredited enforcement agencies. Internal customers: Sr. Management, Collections & QA.
