Logistics & Warehouse Operations for mother warehouse & regional warehouse (3PL/CFA Management) and Customer Service for North Region, Customer service for channels like (GT/MT/ECOMM/CSD/CPC /ACD /HORECA) with desirable fill rate & OTIFSecondary Trucks Transportation for >115 Trucks daily (Truck Type _ 14ft, 17ft, 19ft, 22ft, 32ft) from Mother Depot Primary Transportation-Trucks unloading 40-50 Truck daily at Depots (Truck Type _ 24ft. & 32ft.)Reverse Logistics management for return pickup from Customer DC / Distributor points’ case to case basis.TAT & SLA review & improvement periodically in case gap & observation persist in operations cycle at Depot.Vehicle (space utilization 95%-100%) & 100% vehicle placement post Pando Run Time / Cut off Time, ensuring “Zero” vehicle placement drop against dispatch plan / Indent.RFQ for new C & FA & Transporter, negotiation for remuneration & freight rate, fixing of TAT / SLA, Comparison chart on multiple vendor’s quotation & finalization, document process for agreement & approval by HOD.Refrigerated vehicle hiring, placement & transporting products like “Cheese products”, Cold Room Temperature control through digital device.Factory to Depot primary vehicle offloading adherence at warehouse on time to avoid detention, fill rate loss, allocation loss against CRS generation.Order & Billing managementCRS adherence (Arteria Software) – continued replenishment system compliance management / Order management & billing for customers (GT-Distributor/Super Stockiest / MT-Reliance Retail Ltd, Reliance Jiomart, Vishal Mega Mart, Big Basket, Jumbotail,/ E-COM – Walmart-Flipkart, Hands On Trade (Blinkit/ Groffers), Merabo Lab Pvt Ltd (DealShare)/ACD-Railway Canteen/CSD – Military Canteen Store/CPC-Central Police Canteen) & other indirect E-Commerce Distributors.Coordination with sales team for additional load optimization. FIFO/FEFO/ FMFO/ 100% adherence while order processing by Depot Team as well as third party agencies.
