As President and founder, I lead the business in its entirety, from day-to-day operations to marketing and sales. I have over 30 years of extensive specialized experience in Ammolite and Ammonite, from management and leadership to buying and selling to B2B and B2C sales, from marketing to branding and jewelry design. Earlier in my career, I fell in love with the iridescent mosaic of Ammolite, Canada\'s Gemstone. Since then, it has been my mission to bring Ammolite’s colourful and natural expression alive. My motivation to increase Ammolite and Ammonite’s profile domestically and globally continues to fuel my passion for creating Iniskim International. I am one of the very few professionals in the industry who have invested their lives in bringing awareness to this world-class, incomparable gemstone that is still in its infancy. In July 2021, the Ammolite business (and dream) came to fruition as Iniskim International Inc. was formed. Two years later, efforts in putting a stake in the gemstone industry, not only with a modern vision for Ammolite but also in our core communities, which include the broader coloured gemstone community such as the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA), International Colored Gemstone Association, Women\'s Jewelry Association (WJA), and American Gem Society - organizations that see the potential of bringing Ammolite to light that is long overdue. This has given everyone the opportunity to connect and learn from peers and leaders in the business in addition to discovering and being inspired by innovative thought and technology. Iniskim will continue to push the envelope. This is where Iniskim sees its future growth, and it wants to do more for our clients and Ammolite lovers.
