About Alejandro Medina Aristizábal
While there are water-stressed areas around the world, humanity has also created \"water-safe\" zones in the most remote places — aboard airplanes flying thousands of meters above the ground, and even farther out in space, on the International Space Station. We\'ve dared to achieve the impossible, so I believe sustainability shouldn\'t be that hard.Currently, I am the Senior Sustainability Manager for North America at Henkel. My goal is to activate business strategies and opportunities that create a competitive advantage for our customers—achieving cost reductions, unlocking new revenue streams, and improving environmental performance.I have advised companies across diverse market segments on developing robust corporate sustainability strategies suited to the evolving business landscape. Additionally, I’ve collaborated with public institutions and international organizations to design frameworks that enhance regional business productivity through resource efficiency, industrial symbiosis, and circular water management.My goal is simple: to initiate and generate enough momentum for sustainability to become an unstoppable movement.
