Programme Pmo - Front & Middle Office @First Derivative

Programme PMO Analyst (at Mizuho Bank) within Front Office IT as well as Production Management in Middle Office. Heavily involved in the following- Finances (budget of £5.3 million) including tracking/ overseeing Budgets, Actuals and Variance- Monthly Forecast vs Actuals and ownership of the Front Office Budget Tracker. Review and analysis of underspend/ overspend- Project Management: via maintenance of MS Project plans (MSP), monitoring the close-down of projects and set up of new projects. Providing an oversight to ensure projects are in compliance with established Bank standards- Planning (MSP): creating, tracking, updating and management of Project Plans, ensuring deliverables are tracked in line with due dates- Resource Management: setting up and maintaining a new Resource Process to manage on-boarding/ off-boarding process, holding weekly calls with PM’s to receive updates on resources (contract renewals, end dates, new resources, rates) etc. Analysing resource time (FTE), time adjustments, project plan tasks etc- Change Control Management: manage, maintain, track and update Change Requests for Production Management- Stakeholder Engagement: communicating with Senior Management, Programme/ Project Managers & Stakeholders of project status, issues and concerns (in order to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget and to specification).
