About Amar Banerjee
Over the past 12+ years, I have worked across healthcare, industrial systems, and large technology organizations, helping leadership teams turn early-stage ideas into scalable platforms and measurable outcomes. My focus has consistently been on bridging strategy and execution so that innovation moves beyond pilots and creates sustained business value.I have led cross-continental teams across India, Europe, and the U.S, shaped multi-year AI and data roadmaps, and helped organizations establish the operating models, governance, and execution discipline needed to take ideas from TRL-0 to ROI. Much of my work sits at the intersection of AI robotics, IoT, data governance, and responsible innovation, particularly in regulated and safety-critical domains.Along the way, I have contributed to 25+ patents, with 7 granted, built reusable AI and data foundations, and driven innovation programs delivering over $20M in value. Just as importantly, I invest deeply in people by mentoring young researchers, building high-trust teams, and creating cultures where innovation is both ambitious and accountable.Today, I work closely with senior leadership on group-level innovation and technology strategy, helping organizations make thoughtful bets on future-ready capabilities.I value conversations that are honest, grounded, and outcome-focused, especially around technology strategy, and building systems that matter.
