With over 20 years of leadership experience excelling in government contracting, strategic thinking, and targeted business development, I am committed to advancing BAC’s role as a trusted partner delivering high-performance service solutions in support of our warfighters and federal agencies. Every day this mission driven organization transforms lives through our work as an AbilityOne Federal Contractor, and community services organization.Under my leadership, BAC has become one of the 25 largest AbilityOne-producing nonprofits nationwide employing nearly 700 individuals and operating an annual budget of over $43m, providing critical services across IT, facilities management, custodial, food, manufacturing and administrative sectors. I take great pride in supporting our nation\'s mission readiness while creating sustainable employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.I bring a background in engineering, systems thinking, and program management to every challenge, with a focus on growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
