As owner of Amara & Associates, I handle business development, client relations, and oversee all cases. I strive to create an environment for my staff and my clients that reflects the care and compassion needed in an area of law where people are injured, scared, and struggling to adjust their lives to the pain and frustrations following a car accident, slip and fall, or dog bite. I am a litigation and negotiation attorney. I have successfully litigated 100s of arbitrations. I conducted client intakes, depositions, settlement conferences, private mediations, and trials. I prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, arbitrations, and trial testimony. I negotiated client settlements, draft and review settlement letters, client correspondence, settlement agreements, affidavits, complaints, discovery responses and requests, arbitration memoranda, subpoenas, motions, and other civil litigation documents. I conduct advanced legal research in areas of law including civil litigation and personal injury.
