One of the wisest pieces of advice I’ve ever received: at a certain point as a leader you shouldn’t “do” anything, the business you’re in at the end of the day is always the “people business”.I’ve worked in consumer intelligence, measurement, optimization and predictive analytics for well over a decade; at points I’ve played roles in Data Science, Product and G2M. I’m a “product thinker” but my days as a product manager in the functional sense are well over.I build, grow and lead high-performing teams building and bringing to life complex data science initiatives, and democratizing them for users.
