About Amara Fanucci Bell

Optimist, strategist, & Oxford comma advocate. I live for solving problems. I dive into details. I thrive when bringing ideas, products, features, and programs to life. Across my career I have obsessed operations, shipped digital products, driven results, and optimized different parts of the funnel and flywheel to approach customer pain points with empathy and curiosity. ‍ Building and supporting digital product creation is my bread & butter. I co-founded Us Time, a mental healthcare digital service that serves parents navigating challenging behaviors and increases access to evidence-based interventions (Parents can request an invite at ustime.co). My expertise spans from digital products to operations to global marketing campaigns at companies of all sizes; from seed stage startups to multinational corporations. Past gigs include Nike Valiant Labs Digital Product Incubator, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister Co, and Shedd Aquarium. At Nike Valiant Labs, Nike’s stealth digital product incubator, I focused on the beginning of the product creation cycle to identify consumer pain points, product opportunities, and tests to validate before over-indexing on investments. I supported 12 Nike-backed startups to understand their target consumers, build digital products, optimize user journeys, and craft GTM plans. In roles at Abercrombie & Fitch I led mobile marketing, app roadmap, feature implementation, and product optimization for 4.5M global customers. My focus was on customer acquisition, conversion, and creating a seamless user journey. I also launched influencer and ambassador programs, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and developed and managed complex partnerships. After a tour in corporate incubation and Product Ops, I\'m now a Senior Product Manager serving Small Businesses and democratizing access to incredible WEX products. My career and passions are rooted in an empathetic, people-first approach with a belief that integrity, warmth, and trust are critical to building strong teams where the best work can come to life.
