I am currently a third year B.Tech Food Technology student at HBTU Kanpur and originally from Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh. I recently completed my internship at Britannia Barabanki in the Quality and Production department where I worked on bakery line operations, routine quality testing & food safety audits. This experience provided practical exposure to industrial food processing and quality systems.Along with technical learning, I have taken up leadership roles such as Class Representative, PR Head of the Food Technologists Association & Event Coordinator at the Entrepreneurship Cell, which helped me develop strong communication, coordination & stakeholder management skills.Currently exploring industry facing roles where technical food knowledge and strong communication skills can be combined to support quality, product understanding & customer engagement across the food sector.
