Create production plan based on the Sales orders / forecast.• Coordinates future product demand with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, New Product Development, Ramp up and HR. • Balance current and future requirements in line with manufacturing and supplier capabilities/capacities to ensure completion of desired management goal/target.• Manage and maintain production schedule for Materials requirement planning to generate the demand for Local, JIT and CKD supplier.• Coordinate between Sales & marketing, Production, Supply chain and other functions for production planning and monitoring of order execution• Ensuring adherence to the plan. Identify and address the management in advance if deviation found in concern with target achievement.• Maintain relevant MIS and other reports for the use of production, sales and management• Review, monitor, measure and report forecast accuracy for forecasted model on a weekly basis with Sales coordinator in Germany.• Recommend changes in forecast based on review, analysis and plant requirement if any (To reduce obsolete cost of excess part).• Follow the plan maintained in system for daily scheduling. Communication with Disposition team in case of change in plan.• ISO coordinator from our department.• Certified QMS internal auditor.• Implemented new system which is being used to check and have proper functioning of ECU’s.• Through system (DL24) assure correct ECU and coding to be done in the car.• Maintain the FIFO in all production shops.• Coordination with ramp up, Body shop production, engineering for Preseries cars.
