Additionally i have also use biochemistry, protein engineering, antigen-antibody interactions, and bispecifics in my research. I am proficient using structural biology allied softwares for data analyses. I have recently joined he Pacific Northwest National Lab as a Cryo-EM Biochemist.

I am currently a staff scientist and a daily operator of the 300 keV TFS Titan Krios cryoelectron microscope as well as the Aquilos2 cryo-FIB scanning electron microscope. I am proficient in all aspects of cryo-EM from sample prep, data collection, data processing and final structural refinement. I am currently involved in multiple collaborative projects centered arounds solving structures of protein macromolecules.
