   Designed an Agentic AI platform that combines LLM with Elasticsearch, leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), hybrid search (both semantic and keyword), and multi-agent orchestration to facilitate real-time, natural language querying on a large scale- Optimised Elasticsearch clusters capable of supporting over concurrent users through multi-tenant indexing, traffic filtering, achieving sub-second query latency- Implemented AI-driven enrichment architecture workflows that augmented search results with structured insights, including emails, phone numbers, PDFs, and spend analysis. These workflows also facilitated inline user actions such as sending emails, generating reports, and receiving Slack notifications- Automated Cloud Infrastructure and Pipelines on GCP, employing a multi-server Python script forparallelisation, featuring auto-scaling compute and Redis clusters. This approach also incorporatescentralised logging and observability to enhance both performance and cost efficiency.
