Spearhead the end-to-end processing of sales and sample orders using (ERP tool), ensuring accuracy and timely execution.• Partner with pricing teams to investigate and resolve purchase order discrepancies; liaise directly with customers for revised documentation.• Manage 3PL records and coordinate SKU availability in line with real-time customer demand and order patterns.•Collaborate cross-functionally with credit, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure seamless order processing and shipment execution.• Compile and deliver comprehensive shipment documentation, including CMR (OPOR/BO), signed CMRs,COC, BOL, packaging lists, and invoices.• Conduct thorough audits of sales orders to secure product allocations from the SCA (Demand Planning) team.• Initiate internal purchase orders for unavailable inventory and engage in weekly coordination meetings with manufacturing teams.• Generate and audit RMAs (Return Material Authorizations) and associated credit notes to maintain accuracy and compliance.• Analyze customer purchasing behavior (AMU model) to forecast demand and drive effective inventory planning and replenishment strategies.
