I am a dynamic and socially mission-driven professional with 13+ years of experience in youth leadership, communication, and grassroots development, complemented by 4+ years of experience in journalism and forensic & criminal psychology. I bring multifaceted expertise across youth empowerment, political strategy, media psychology and data-driven analysis.Currently, I serve as a sub-editor at [Pudhari Daily Newspaper], leading a team of 120+ reporters and producing impactful investigative journalism on education, health, youth, and environmental issues. My work has directly contributed to increased readership and substantial revenue growth. As a long-standing sports director and mentor, I’ve trained over 500 rural athletes—37+ of whom now serve in government roles across the Army, Air Force, Police, and administrative services.Proudly an Army brat, I carry forward the strong sense of discipline, adaptability, and resilience instilled through that upbringing—qualities that have shaped my leadership style, strategic thinking, and capacity to thrive in high-pressure, mission-focused environments.My diverse portfolio includes roles as an investigative journalist, project manager, forensic & criminal psychologist, project coordinator, researcher, media content creator, mentor and sportsperson.
