Evaluated the Process Safety Response Time (PSRT) against the SIF response time to assess the temporal margin between a process parameter exceeding its trip threshold and the potential occurrence of a hazardous event in the event of SIF failure. • To meet operational demands, an increase in the set pressure of the external Pressure Safety Valve (PSV) on the Anti-foam injection pump was required. Consequently, PSV sizing and relief load calculations were performed. • Developed a maintenance plan for check valves and Restrictive orifice. Identified check valves & ROs classified as Independent Protection Layers (IPLs) within LOPA. Calculated acceptable leakage rates based on ISO 5208 and 1% of API 521 guidelines to establish pass/fail criteria for check valve leak testing. • Using Fisher software compared control valve Cv for Minimum/Normal/Maximum flow rate with vendor provided data sheet and provided the solution/recommendations for fire water pump PSV lifting issue. • Successfully troubleshooted issues of free water know out drum (FWKO) and low-pressure compressor inlet scrubber. • Successfully troubleshooted the issue of reduced Tri-ethylene Glycol (TEG) temperature within the Gas/Glycol system using Palantir and Aspen Hysys software • Worked on SAP GUI module for creating functional location, maintenance plan, task list and maintenance strategy.
