Currently serving as Manager – HR (South East Asia & USA) at Infinite Uptime, I lead HR operations for two critical regions while heading the Global Talent Acquisition function and driving strategic initiatives in Performance Management.My career journey has been defined by creating impactful HR frameworks that balance business priorities with employee well-being.
